  • Are attendees gambling with real money?
No. Per the state regulations of the Gaming Control Board, Philly Casino Parties will be issuing “funny money” that cannot be redeemed for monetary value. The CWYL fundraiser will be in compliance with state law, and attendees will be able to enjoy a fun night of gambling for bragging rights and raising funds by means of ticket sales for the boys and girls of CW Youth Lacrosse.
  • Who are the dealers at the tables?
CWYL has hired Pennsylvania’s premiere casino party hosts, Philly Casino Parties. The tables will be staffed with trained dealers who will educate and entertain our fundraiser guests!
  • Who benefits from the ticket sales and raffle proceeds?
We are putting on this fundraiser to benefit the boys and girls of Conrad Weiser Youth Lacrosse. Our players span from kindergarten to 8th grade. Funds will be used to purchase an equipment shed for the program, cover operational costs for the season, and provide opportunities for our players like clinics and player sponsorship.
  • Must attendees be present to win in the raffle draws?
Yes. We will be pulling raffle winners toward the end of the evening and require winners be present to claim their prizes.
  • Is there a dress code?
No. Black tie attire is preferred, but not required. We would love to see everyone dressed in their best!
  • Can attendees arrive late to the event?
Doors open at 7:00pm and close at 8:00pm. In order to be checked in and receive your funny money and door gifts, please arrive on time.
  • What kind of food and drinks will be offered?
We will be serving complimentary draft beer as part of your ticket purchase. Additionally, Green Valley Country Club will also be offering a fully stocked cash bar for mixed drinks. All drink sales from the cash bar will go to Green Valley Country Club. Please remember to tip your bartender! Hor d'oeuvres, light appetizers, and desserts will be served throughout the evening.
  • Do attendees need to bring cash
Preferably, yes. We encourage attendees to participate in the hourly 50/50 raffle as one of our fundraising activities for the night. However, raffle tickets for prizes may be purchased in cash or any major debit or credit card.
  • Is this event 21+ only?
Yes. People under the age of 21 will not be permitted to enter the event space.
